VPS for Etsy, Amazon and eBay sellers

If you sell on Etsy, Amazon or eBay, your seller account is a workplace — and a workplace should be stable. A virtual server gives you exactly that: a permanent desk with an unchanging IP address, reachable whenever you need it, from whatever device you happen to have.

Your own static IP address

Home broadband almost always hands out a dynamic address that changes every time the router restarts. Mobile data and public Wi-Fi add shared addresses used by hundreds of strangers at once.

Every one of our servers gets its own static IP address, assigned to that server alone. It does not rotate and it is not shared with anyone, so you reach your seller account from the same address every time — as a permanent workplace should.

Located in Ukraine

The servers sit in a modern data centre in Kyiv. For a seller based in Ukraine that means the workspace is where you actually operate, rather than in another country — with low latency from home and none of the friction that comes from an address that suddenly appears on a different continent.

Runs around the clock

The server does not switch off with your laptop. Photo uploads, product listings, stock synchronisation, accounting software and any other marketplace tooling keep running while you sleep or while you are out. Reconnect and everything is exactly where you left it.

Reachable from any device

You connect over ordinary Remote Desktop (RDP). It is a standard Windows application, and there are free official clients for macOS, iPhone, iPad and Android. From home, from a laptop while travelling, or from your phone, you see the same desktop with the same tabs open and the same programs running.

What you get

  • Windows Server 2019, 2022 or 2025 — your choice — with administrator rights, so you can install whatever you need.
  • Your own static IP address.
  • Guaranteed CPU, memory and SSD, with no overbooking.
  • Unlimited traffic on a 1 Gbps port — photo uploads are not metered.
  • A working server roughly 15 minutes after payment.

Which plan to choose

We recommend SD-Trinity. Marketplace work is browser work: the seller dashboard, several product tabs, email, a photo editor. A modern browser happily consumes several gigabytes of memory, so the 6 GB and 3 cores of SD-Trinity leave enough headroom that nothing stalls.

SD-Duo is the entry-level option. It is enough if you work in a single dashboard, keep few tabs open and do not edit photos on the server.

We do not recommend SD-Solo for this. Its 2 GB is fine for light background tasks, but a browser with several tabs will feel sluggish on it. On a tight budget, SD-Duo is the better floor.

Which Windows version to choose

You pick Windows Server 2019, 2022 or 2025. Any of them suits marketplace work — all three run current versions of Chrome, Firefox and Edge. With no particular requirement, take 2022: proven, and supported for longest among the common choices.

Please note: use of any marketplace is governed by that marketplace's own rules. We provide the infrastructure — the server and the IP address; complying with the terms of Etsy, Amazon, eBay or any other platform remains the seller's responsibility.
