Payment Methods
You can pay by card, in cash or in cryptocurrency. All payments go through the billing panel, where the funds are credited to your account balance.
Cards and payment services
- Visa and MasterCard — pay by card online.
- Google Pay — pay from your phone or Chrome without entering card details.
- Apple Pay — pay from an iPhone, iPad or Mac with Touch ID or Face ID.
Card payments are processed by LiqPay.
Cash
Cash payments can be made at PrivatBank self-service terminals, also handled through LiqPay — useful if paying by card online is inconvenient for you.
Cryptocurrency
We accept the following cryptocurrencies:

Check the network carefully before sending. USDT exists on several networks, and funds sent on the wrong one cannot be recovered. If in doubt, ask support before transferring.
Refunds
A refund is possible within 14 days of the service being opened and is made to the card the payment came from — for Visa/MasterCard payments only. See the trial period terms for details.
