VDS Terms of Use
It is prohibited to use a VDS for:
- sending spam in any form;
- attempts to hack network resources, network attacks, DDoS;
- distributing viruses;
- distributing unlicensed software (warez);
- VPN/Proxy/WebProxy or any other software that redirects traffic through the VDS;
- IRC / Camfrog;
- proxy checkers;
- systems that test network resources for vulnerabilities (port scanners and similar);
- storing and distributing pornographic material;
- storing and distributing material that infringes Ukrainian or international law;
- brute-forcing passwords to network resources, including IRC/Jabber and other instant messaging systems;
- P2P networks and torrents;
- cryptocurrency mining;
- any actions that harm third parties;
- any actions that violate Ukrainian or international law, or netiquette.
If one or more of these terms is violated, your account and servers will be blocked and the money paid is not refundable.
